December 2020 - Michael’s Cycles is honored to announce that for a 5th year we have been selected as one of the ”Best Bike Shops in America” by the National Bicycle Dealers Association. The NBDA rates bicycle stores in North America against the highest performance levels in the industry, with the goal of identifying and promoting “America’s Best Bike Shops.” Nominees are evaluated on several criteria including, local advocacy, knowledgeable staff, store appearance and selection. All stores were then visited by “mystery shoppers” as well as anonymous phone and internet shoppers.
